On 30 May 2017, Theravada Buddhist Council of Malaysia initiated the Sri Lanka Flood Relief campaign to raise awareness and to appeal to the compassion of Malaysians for the Sri Lankan Flood victims numbering more than 500,000 homeless.Ven.
